The concept was originally developed for the Electrolux Designlab 2005 competition. It won the 2nd Prize in the Romanian Electrolux contest. Its main function is that of an electric cooker with the particularity that it becomes an oven when the extraction hood connects with the stove part. Ovan offers new cooking as well as social functions and oportunities for its users.
